q1:Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes. Our MOQ is 50 pcs per item per color, and each order must reach a minimum value of USD 1,500.
q2:Can I request a quote before placing an order?
Absolutely. Please email us your product requirements (model number, quantity, plating, etc.), and we will provide a formal quotation within 1–2 business days.

q3:Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. We offer volume-based pricing for distributors and retailers. Please let us know your estimated annual purchase volume to receive a tailored quote.
q4:Can I cancel or modify an order after confirmation?
Order modifications or cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Please contact us as early as possible. A handling fee may apply depending on the order status.
Payments & Terms
q5:What payment methods do you accept?
We primarily accept T/T (bank wire transfer). If you prefer PayPal, please indicate this in your inquiry — we will provide a custom payment link (PayPal handling fees may apply).
q6:Do you offer credit terms?
No. All orders require full payment before production starts.
q7:What currency do you quote in?
All prices are quoted in USD (U.S. Dollars).
q8:Who is responsible for bank transfer or handling fees?
Buyers are responsible for all bank fees and PayPal transaction charges, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Products & Samples
q9:Are your pen kits compatible with standard mandrels and bushings?
Yes. All our pen kits follow industry-standard sizing, compatible with common A or B mandrels and bushings.
q10:Can I order samples before placing a full order?
Yes. We offer paid samples for evaluation. Sample charges are refundable against your first full production order.
q11:Do you provide OEM / private label services?
Yes. We support OEM projects and private label branding. Minimum quantities and tooling charges may apply depending on the customization.
Shipping & Delivery
q12:What are the available shipping methods?
We typically use EMS for small shipments and DHL / FedEx / UPS for faster or bulk orders. Shipping method depends on order size, budget, and destination.
q13:Can I use my own shipping account?
Yes. We accept shipments billed to your own carrier account (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.). Please provide the account number when confirming your order.
q14:What is your typical lead time?
Standard production lead time is 6–8 weeks after payment confirmation. Urgent orders may be expedited upon request.
q15:Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once shipped, we will provide a tracking number and shipping documents for your reference.
Returns, Claims & Warranty
q16:What if I receive defective or incorrect products?
Please inspect all items upon receipt. For any issue, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and detailed description. We will review the case and arrange replacements or refunds where appropriate.
q17:Do you offer warranty or after-sales support?
Yes. We guarantee our craftsmanship and materials. If any quality issues arise under normal use, we'll work with you to resolve them promptly.

All of our pen kits and components are manufactured in Taiwan under strict quality control.
