Orders & Quotes

q1:Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) and amount?

Yes. For most standard items, our minimum order quantity is 50 pcs per item per color and the total amount is more than US$800.

q2:Can I request a quote before placing an order?

Absolutely. Please send us your product requirements (model, quantity, finish, etc.), and we will reply within 1–2 business days with a formal quotation.

q3:Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes. We offer volume-based pricing for distributors and retailers. Please let us know your estimated annual quantity to receive tailored pricing.

Payment & Terms

q4:What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept T/T (bank wire transfer).
If you prefer to use
PayPal, please mention this in the inquiry form — we will provide a custom payment link upon request.

q5:Do you offer credit terms?

No. At this time, we do not offer credit terms. All orders require full payment before production.

q6:Which currency do you quote in?

Our standard quotation currency is USD.

Products & Samples

q7:Are your pen kits compatible with standard mandrels and bushings?

Yes. All kits follow industry-standard specifications. Each product description includes mandrel type and bushing sizes.

q8:Can I request a sample before ordering?

Yes. Samples are available for most items and are subject to a sample fee. This fee can be deducted from your total when you place a formal order.

q9:Do you offer customized packaging or private labeling?

Yes, we provide OEM and private label services. Minimum quantities and setup fees may apply.

Shipping & Delivery

q10:What shipping options are available?

We primarily ship retail and small-volume orders via EMS.
For larger or urgent orders, we can also arrange
DHL, FedEx, or your preferred courier. Please contact us for details or specify your shipping preference when placing an order.

q11:How long is your production lead time?

The standard lead time is approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on the order volume and production schedule. We will confirm the expected shipping date when you place your order.

q12:Can I use my own shipping account?

Yes. If you'd like to use your own forwarder or shipping account, just let us know the details in advance.
